Due to the bespoke nature of custom metal fabrication, all orders built to your specific requirements and dimensions are non-refundable once production has commenced.
If you need to cancel a project, you must contact us before material procurement or fabrication begins. If materials have already been purchased specifically for your project, the cost of these materials may be deducted from any potential refund of your deposit.
We pride ourselves on our attention to detail. If you discover a significant defect in our workmanship or a failure to meet agreed-upon specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or installation. We will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion, provide a repair, modification, or appropriate remedy.
